Duties and Responsibilities
">- Provide technical support to corporate users
- Maintain the front-end IT infrastructure
- Ensure user satisfaction with their IT working environment
- Follow and develop standard helpdesk operating procedures
- Establish relationships with business stakeholders
- Assist with process improvements for the Corporate IT User Support Operations

Requirements
">- B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)
- 6+ years of experience in end-user systems support and maintenance of server/storage/network
- Experience in Gsuite, network and PC operating systems, including Active Directory, Windows 10, and VPN (preferably with FortiToken security key)
- Knowledge or experience on Windows 10/11 , Mac OS, AD/DNS/DHCP troubleshooting, AMC with third party vendor for hardwares and UPS
- Knowledge in ticketing system (Youtrack, JIRA, ServiceNow, ADO) and documentation platform (xwiki, Confluence) preferred
- Certifications in VMware, CompTIA A+, HDI, ITIL, PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma are good to have
