Job Title: Marketing Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a seasoned marketing intelligence specialist to spearhead our team's data-driven initiatives. This opportunity is designed for professionals with expertise in marketing cloud intelligence and data analysis, looking to work on high-profile brands across various industries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Australian team to deliver comprehensive reporting and provide actionable insights into marketing performance for clients.
  • Develop and manage complex data streams using MCI/Datorama.
  • Create advanced dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama).
  • Prior experience with data mapping, normalization, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, advanced visualizations, and SQL.
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics, data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders and drive business decisions.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in MCI/Datorama, including managing large-scale data projects.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising industry metrics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building sophisticated marketing and advertising dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
