We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to leverage their expertise in Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and Applications Development to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing development, deployment, and management of Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.
  • Experience in optimizing telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems, processes, and staff using high-tech methodologies.
  • Design, development, and deployment of Contact Center technologies including Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems, etc.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in software development.
  • Expertise in Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and Applications Development.
  • Secondary skills: Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM.
