Office Assistant Position

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves performing various administrative tasks, maintaining the cleanliness of the office premises, and handling electronic files and papers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the office space, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
  • Handling electronic files, documents, and other paperwork as required.
  • Assisting in menial office tasks assigned by the office staff.
Requirements:
  • 10th standard qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
  • Physical ability to perform light manual tasks, such as cleaning and moving objects.
