Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and integrate Guidewire systems with other enterprise platforms. As a key member of the team, you will create innovative solutions to meet specific business requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integration solutions for Guidewire and other systems.
  • Customize Guidewire applications to meet business needs.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure stability and performance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Guidewire Knowledge:
    • Understanding of Guidewire's platform architecture, modules, and APIs.
    • Familiarity with Guidewire's Gosu programming language.
  • Integration Techniques:
    • Proficient in web services (SOAP and REST) for data exchange.
    • Experience with XML, JSON, and other data serialization formats.
  • Middleware and Tools:
    • Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft or Tibco.
    • Understanding of message queuing systems like JMS or RabbitMQ.
  • Database and SQL:
    • Competence in working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
  • Development Tools:
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with IDEs, especially those tailored to Java and Gosu development.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues.
