As a Full Stack Developer at a leading organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers.

Your role includes:

  • Developing robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot, leveraging best practices to ensure high performance and scalability.

  • Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies, to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices.

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React development is essential. Familiarity with Spring MVC is a plus, as is the ability to work across the full stack, from database to user interface. Experience in UX development, including accessibility and responsive design, is also required. You should be able to mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions, while aligning with the organization's values of innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
