About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering with at least 15 years of experience in project management. You will be responsible for building and developing high-performing project teams, providing purpose, direction, and motivation to ensure maximum performance.

You will lead projects through all stages, from requirements definition to deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly.

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you should have a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. You should also be proficient in using project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective project plans, identify and mitigate project risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
