Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to perform IT and security audits, assess risks, evaluate controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive IT and cybersecurity audits covering infrastructure, applications, networks, and security controls.
  • Assess IT general controls, security configurations, and vulnerability management processes to identify potential weaknesses.
  • Review leading cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS).
  • Perform in-depth risk assessments and identify control gaps across IT and security processes to mitigate potential threats.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and remediation actions for corrective implementation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity risks, technologies, and best practices to maintain expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity audit, or information security assessments.
  • Strong understanding of ITGC, application controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, or CEH preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
