Exhibition Design and Branding Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented exhibition design and branding specialist to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative exhibition stalls, event spaces, and branding collaterals. The ideal candidate will blend architectural expertise with graphic design skills to deliver impactful brand experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exhibition stalls, developing 3D designs, conceptualizing interior design elements for stalls, and producing graphic materials. They will also collaborate with the project team to deliver innovative and attractive exhibit designs, create detailed drawings, and ensure high-quality output that aligns with client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design custom exhibition stalls, booths, and event setups.
  • Develop 2D layouts, 3D models, and rendering presentations using design software.
  • Ensure designs are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with client briefs and brand identity.
  • Work closely with fabrication and production teams to ensure feasibility and execution accuracy.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign (or equivalent).
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, space planning, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and construction detailing for exhibition stalls.
  • Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Graphic Design (or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in exhibition stall design, events, or branding environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating 3D design projects and graphic design work.
