Key Role: Financial Operations and HR Management

Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts. Handle HR functions including payroll, employee records, and compliance, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate records in accounting software.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain employee data, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle benefits administration.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and HR processes.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial operations and HR functions, with proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
