  • Collaborating with the New Business team to develop creative showcases for pitches and working closely with clients.
  • Maintaining high standards of creativity, ensuring all work is up to award-winning quality and exploring opportunities for recognition.
  • Reporting to the Creative Lead and coordinating with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks.
  • Providing visual direction to the graphic design team and breaking down briefs to junior creatives.
  • Managing revisions based on internal or external feedback and setting realistic timelines.
  • Being actively present throughout the production process.
  • Conducting in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and staying updated with industry trends and news.
