Sales and Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have excellent efficiency in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and previous sales or customer service experience.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department
- Follow up with users/learners to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills are essential
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach is necessary
- Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task to accomplish objectives is required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work is necessary
