As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's IT infrastructure strategy. This leadership position involves planning, implementing, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs, ensuring seamless integration and future-proofing.
Infrastructure Strategy & Planning

Develop an infrastructure strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives. Ensure that the strategy is scalable, secure, and efficient.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

Oversee hybrid cloud environments, including Nutanix and cloud migrations, with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.

Security & Compliance

Implement robust security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, maintaining high availability and performance.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support infrastructure engineers and support staff, fostering growth and excellence within the team.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system resilience.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Proactively monitor systems and networks, resolving incidents efficiently and effectively.

Vendor & Budget Management

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets, recommending cost-effective solutions that align with business objectives.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
