As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our company's AI strategy and defining problems that can be solved using AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI solutions from scratch, leveraging machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI development and production infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.
  • Build data ingest and transformation infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities for transfer learning and new training datasets.
  • Develop AI models from scratch and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deploy AI models into production and create APIs to integrate them with business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of hands-on programming experience working on enterprise products.

• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages with a strong foundation in statistics, such as Python, R, or SAS.

• Experience building AI models in platforms like Keras, TensorFlow, or Theano.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of AI.
