Job Title: Project Operations Manager
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. This includes managing day-to-day construction activities, reviewing project schedules and cost estimates, ensuring implementation of the scope of work, and monitoring quality of executed works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day construction management activities.
- Review and analyze project schedules and cost estimates to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Evaluate and document changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans to ensure high-quality execution of works.
- Review and approve contractor progress invoices.
- Collaborate with contractors to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in committee selection of construction contractors.
- Lead teams involved in all construction activities, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in multi-discipline construction management.
- Proven working experience in chemical construction management.
- BE degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Industry: Chemicals/Agro Chemical/Fertilizers or Petrochemical Industry
