About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing core backend systems that influence how customers experience and trust our products.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to transform ideas into secure, high-performance systems with measurable impact.

You will be working on architecting and building backend services that support essential business workflows at scale, delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable code using SOLID principles and comprehensive automated testing to ensure reliability.

Candidates should have a strong foundation in multiple programming languages and paradigms, with a thorough understanding of software development principles.

Required skills include proficiency in Core Java, Spring, MySQL, and Linux, as well as working knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Maven, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.

  • System Design: A solid understanding of system design, database modeling, and service-oriented architecture is required.
  • AI Awareness: Interest in exploring AI-driven tools and integrating AI capabilities into application development is preferred.
  • Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with emerging technologies including Reactive Java, Serverless Architectures, GraalVM, and CRaC is a plus.

This role requires a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
