User Researcher Role

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented User Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methods. Your insights will inform business decisions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in user behaviors, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Business, and Product teams to integrate user insights into product strategies.
  • Presenting research findings to stakeholders and ensuring that user-centric decisions are made at every stage of product development.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in user research to continuously improve research methodologies and processes.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present research findings.
