R&D Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead our R&D team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new features, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes.
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, testing, or a related field.
- Strong technical background in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
