Business Insight Expert Role

As a Business Insight Expert, you will be part of our DS/AI Competency Center, where we leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract actionable insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

  • Utilize Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Model Deployment, Integration, Model Monitoring, and Maintenance to deliver business-driven solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.
  • Have experience in optimization methodologies, including use of various optimization libraries (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.)
  • Possess strong coding skills, including Object-Oriented Programming concepts, with expertise in ML libraries and basic working knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with the theory behind various machine learning concepts
  • Experience in CRISP-DM projects delivery and with Agile project methodologies
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, model deployment, and client-facing role experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment of solutions – following CRISP-DM methodologies
  • Understanding of optimization methodologies including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding the best solution to the business problem
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, transforming findings into tasks, proactive approach for areas where improvement is needed, like suggestions of improving existing pipelines (tests, support, and improvements)
  • Creation and following of standards to improve competency quality
