About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and generative AI to join our expanding AI business team. As a Product Marketing Manager at Skit.ai, you will contribute to defining and refining the positioning and messaging for our product portfolio, technology stack, and growing customer base.

Your focus will be on driving the success of our Conversational AI solutions in the North American market. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies with organizational goals.

You will develop a wide range of marketing collateral, including product guides, ebooks, whitepapers, demos, case studies, blog posts, webinars, customer presentations, use case collateral, website content, and thought leadership pieces. You will work with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and develop sales enablement materials
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and content to drive growth and expand market share
  • Partner with industry analysts to position our innovative solutions
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and drive product improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience of 4+ years in product marketing within the SaaS or AI tech industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS AI business models and customer lifecycle
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful content
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
