The Cyber Security Leadership Expertise role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading and managing teams within the Network and Cyber Security domain. This individual will oversee all aspects of the delivery, ensuring it meets customer needs, while driving operational excellence and monitoring performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with a significant portion of that in a leadership or management role. They should possess a deep understanding of the Network and ECS industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 350+ professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of services.
- Drive operational excellence, monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance delivery.
- Continually monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with other leads and the global team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across all locations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Support creation and updates of career pathways to increase organization skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, organizational policies, and incorporate ESG principles into delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Several years of experience in leading and managing teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Network and ECS industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in the ECS industry, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
