Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced data scientist to join our R&D team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning.

They will be responsible for building, delivering, and continually innovating on insightful reporting and data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will contribute to R&D projects for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), new Data Products, and Bespoke Segments expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and defining measurement products and user identification methodology
  • Improving HCP onboarding, targeting, and measurement quality
  • Audience IQ and DTC product development, Identity graph, and Data IQ
  • Collaborating with internal teams for timely and accurate data reporting
  • Researching and implementing new data products or capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

4-5+ years of experience in creating SQL queries, data analysis, manipulation, Python, Excel, and Distributed Systems

Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or closely related field

Knowledge of PySpark, Containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes

Experience with experimentation methods and Stats modeling

Ability to work remotely
