**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP B1 finance professional to join our organization on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to quickly pick up complex financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Finance Expertise:
    • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) – Align to development team and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Financial Leadership:
    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Optimization & Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes within ERP systems and implement best practices.
  • System Integration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Mentorship & Ownership:
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.
