Job Title: User Experience Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UX designer to join our team. As a UX designer, you will be responsible for designing software and platforms that meet user needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute deliveries as required for the product/project launch
  • Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders
  • Understand the product you are working on and its target audience
  • Develop designs that cater to user needs and expectations
  • Explain your designs to the team and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Document design processes and outcomes
  • Negotiate UX strategies with clients
  • Meet project deadlines and timelines
  • Coordinate ideas and seek clarification when needed

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of platform guidelines and front-end development principles
  • Degree in HCI disciplines such as UI Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, and Industrial Design
  • Certification or workshop experience in UI/UX design
  • Promising skills and knowledge in the field of design
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Advanced software skills, including Adobe Suite, Figma, Invision, and Sketch
