Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing accounts receivable, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit management, and collections
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive closure of open items
  • Identify key drivers of variances and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a CA Inter qualification and 2+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools
