Field Debt Collector

The Recovery Agent plays a pivotal role in the organization by visiting customers to collect overdue payments, verifying KYC and loan-related documents, and ensuring timely follow-ups for smooth recovery.

• Visit customers at their residence or business premises for payment collection.
• Follow up with borrowers for EMI dues, bounced payments, or settlements.
• Conduct physical verification of documents, including KYC, loan agreements, ID address proof, and ensure authenticity and completeness of all submitted documents.
• Obtain customer signatures and submit collected documents to the back-office team.
• Maintain daily visit logs and collection reports.
• Build rapport with customers and handle objections or concerns professionally.
• Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the Collection Manager.
• Adhere to RBI guidelines for ethical recovery practices.

• Background verification is mandatory prior to onboarding.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in product-based companies.
• Profile submission should be done in Excel or PDF format along with a candidate tracker.
