  • Develop innovative analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits using CMOS processes.
  • Analyze technical trade-offs between technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design to meet demanding performance specifications.
  • Utilize industry-leading EDA tools for transistor-level design and simulation.
  • Lead comprehensive design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Oversee Analog Circuit Physical Design Layout and edit layouts to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design Engineers, CAD, Systems Engineering, Test Engineering, and Applications teams, to integrate DFT, DFM features, and achieve rapid silicon bring-up and time to production release.
  • Perform post-layout parasitic-extraction and back-annotated simulations to validate design integrity.
  • Conduct Monte Carlo Analysis on key circuits to guarantee Six-Sigma quality and yields.
  • Participate in the development and validation of silicon prototypes.
  • Initiate Design-of Experiments for Root Cause Analysis and propose solutions for anomalous observations across PVT conditions.
