As a Content Editor at Our Company, you'll be responsible for editing and publishing high-quality articles that meet the needs of our audience. You'll work closely with a skilled team of writers, editors, and content managers to refine and elevate the content we publish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and publish 20-25 articles daily, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Fact-check and research each article to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the content quality (CQ) team to constantly improve our content strategy.
  • Mentor and guide writers to help them grow and evolve as contributors to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with breaking news and events to ensure our readers are always informed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Media/Journalism, or similar field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or related role.
  • Strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture.
  • Energy and creativity to bring articles to life and resonate with readers.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including crafting engaging headings and subheadings.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team of talented writers.
