Job Title

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our finance operations team.

This role involves overseeing a large team of F&A professionals and managing multiple delivery locations.

  • Deep knowledge in sub-service lines such as R2R, I2C, and P2P is essential.
  • Insurance experience and knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent transformation skills and the ability to deliver results through technology and data analytics.
  • They must also possess strong client management skills and be able to work independently till CXO levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the entire ambit of outsourced operations for F&A ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  2. Develop and enable career progression within the team while encouraging Genpact culture.
  3. Work globally with other business leaders to build and commercialize product offerings.
  4. Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive performance improvement.
  5. Must be able to work cross-functionally with teams like Operations, HR, Service Line, Digital, Transformation, Transitions etc.
  6. Pro-active trouble shooting and ability to work through organizational change scenarios.
  7. Implement mechanisms to identify and address performance gaps and breakthroughs.
  8. Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization.
  9. Experience managing end-to-end client service delivery and profit/loss.
  10. Intellectual agility and analytical outlook.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have deep domain knowledge in all sub-service lines (R2R, I2C, P2P).
  • Must have insurance experience & knowledge.
  • Must be able to deliver value through transformation initiatives.
  • Must be able to adhere to client & contract requirements.
  • Must be able to work with the client organization to ensure common objectives are delivered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or Graduate/Postgraduate from top Commerce colleges would be desirable.
  • Experience in managing F&A operations and relevant years in managing large teams and end-to-end service delivery.
