Expert Coffee Connoisseur

Job Title:

As an Expert Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
• Receiving and processing customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu items and making recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
