Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing MIS databases and reports, generating and analyzing reports using data analysis tools, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel, Tally, and other data analysis tools, as well as strong communication skills to effectively manage and report data. They will also have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage MIS databases and reports.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel, Tally, and other data analysis tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret data.
  • Develop and implement efficient data management processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
