About the Role:
The Founding Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable web applications using React, collaborating with the founding team to define the product roadmap and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap and technical strategy.
- Develop robust application architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSAlgo), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) to create efficient, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Mentor and lead junior engineers, setting coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Continuously improve and innovate on the existing codebase and development processes.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a major focus on ReactJS.
Desired Skills:
- Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and component-driven development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable architectures using HLD and LLD principles.
- Strong command of Data Structures & Algorithms and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Startup or early-stage company experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
