We are seeking an experienced Aviation and Customer Service Expert to lead projects focused on airport operations, regulatory compliance, and service quality enhancement.
This role involves working closely with airports, regulatory bodies, private aviation stakeholders, and government agencies to develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, service standards, and operational efficiency initiatives in the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans that align with client objectives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement project strategies, goals, and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Planning:
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and synergy across various departments to optimize project execution and maximize impact.
- Identify and leverage industry expertise to drive policy planning, regulatory compliance, and large-scale implementation of quality assurance programs.
Government & Industry Engagement:
- Build strategic relationships with Government bodies, multilateral organizations, and private sector clients to drive policy planning, regulatory compliance, and large-scale implementation of quality assurance programs.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and project execution to achieve sectoral development initiatives.
Process Optimization & Best Practices Documentation:
- Document and implement best practices across the project lifecycle to enhance operational quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain robust knowledge management frameworks to ensure continuous improvement in execution models and methodologies.
Reporting & High-Impact Communication:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and technical documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clarity, precision, and strategic insights in all client-facing engagements and knowledge dissemination efforts.
Business Development & Strategic Outreach:
- Develop business proposals, advisory reports, and outreach materials that contribute to the organization's growth, partnerships, and service expansion.
- Leverage industry expertise to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and enhance QCI's role in quality standardization.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in Aerospace/Aviation/Applied Physics/Systems Engineering/Industrial Engineering/MBA in Aviation Management/Operations Management or any equivalent qualification, or relevant certifications in the specified sector.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of work experience including 5 years of experience in a field-related job and rest in a managerial capacity.
