We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Scientist to join our team at HRBX TECHNOLOGIES LLP. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy, leading a team of skilled data scientists, and driving the development of advanced analytics and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models to derive actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate data science solutions into products and services.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D or Master's) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 7-12 years in a data science role, with a track record of leading successful projects and teams.
  • Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong understanding of procurement, specifically in Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
