  • Define and monitor key quality metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on the status of testing efforts.
  • Continuously improve test processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the QA team and the overall development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test planning, execution, and automation.
  • Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing processes.
  • Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with performance testing and familiarity with related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
