Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our Investment Banking team at Axis Capital Ltd. as a Director Private Equity. The role involves managing and executing private equity transactions, including deal origination, structuring, and closure.
Main Responsibilities:
- IDentify and evaluate private equity investment opportunities, lead transaction execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, institutional investors, and corporate clients.
- Oversee financial, operational, and legal due diligence to assess investment risks and opportunities.
- Lead deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and transaction documentation.
Key Requirements:
- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on private equity.
- Proven track record in executing complex private equity transactions.
- Existing PE relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of private equity market dynamics and industry trends.
