We are looking for a seasoned WHS professional to join our team as a Site WHS Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations and executing company WHS policies.

The Site WHS Manager will work closely with the site operations team to implement process improvements that reduce risk in our operations. This includes leading continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing safety metrics, and auditing record keeping practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations experience. A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience is also required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including pivot tables and chart development, is necessary.

As a Site WHS Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring Safety Associates in your assigned site. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in influencing change and building trust with the Operations Team.
