Job Title: ESG Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an ESG Sustainability Specialist. This role will involve working closely with the ESG coordinator and stakeholders across various departments to update and develop our Environment Social Governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and participate in the execution of our ESG roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Manage the process of collecting employee, environmental, and operational data from respective departments, analyzing and reporting on trends and insights.
  • Support in preparing ESG performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
  • Assist in preparing reports, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and Compliance globally, with experience or skills in ESG / Compliance questions.
  • Strong data analysis skills in spreadsheets and specialized software, such as Looker Studio.
  • Superior written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a flexible and team-oriented environment.
  • Creativity and a can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
