We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead our culinary team, with a focus on South Indian and Chinese cuisine expertise. This is a full-time opportunity located in various locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and authenticity in both South Indian and Chinese cuisines.
  2. Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, maintaining consistency across all kitchen activities.
  4. Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless kitchen operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in South Indian and Chinese cuisines.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards, with the ability to promote a safe and clean working environment.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
