ENT SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and managing ear, nose, and throat conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and manage various ENT conditions, including otologic, rhinologic, laryngologic, and head and neck disorders.
- Perform outpatient consultations and follow-ups, as well as conduct and interpret audiological and endoscopic evaluations.
- Operate on patients requiring surgical intervention, such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, FESS, septoplasty, and tracheostomy.
- Deliver lectures and practical training for medical students and residents, guiding them in the diagnosis and management of ENT conditions.
- Supervise residents in outpatient, inpatient, and operating theater settings, ensuring they receive hands-on experience.
- Participate in clinical research projects related to ENT disorders or surgical innovation, contributing to the development of new treatments and procedures.
- Present findings at conferences and publish in indexed journals, maintaining high standards of academic excellence.
- Maintain accurate medical records and surgical logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to hospital infection control and safety committees, promoting a safe working environment.
- Essential: MBBS + MS / DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology), valid registration with Medical Council (State/National).
- Desirable: Fellowship or subspecialty training, experience in endoscopic and microscopic ENT surgeries, prior teaching experience in medical institutions.
- Proficiency in ENT examination, endoscopy, and microsurgical techniques.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Teamwork with multidisciplinary units (audiology, radiology, oncology, etc.).
