Landscape Design Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Design Project Lead to lead and manage landscape design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals.

Job Description:

  • Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.
  • Direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques and Bill of Materials (BoMs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
