Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Expert to join our team. As a Visual Communications Expert, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that effectively communicates our brand message.

About the Role:

  • This is a completely remote, full-time position.
  • You'll be primarily supporting our GTM team with exceptional design input: both strategic and tactical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing and sales collaterals including product and service decks, print materials (brochures, standees, business cards, banners), whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and such.
  • Create engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Develop solid web design experience, with a fairly deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Be deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations.

Critical: We need strong verbal and nonverbal communications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product / service space.
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals.
  • Solid experience creating engaging digital assets.
  • Solid web design experience.
  • Experience being deeply involved with branding and visual identity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics and video editing skills.
  • Understanding of AI design tools.
  • Strong front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem.
