Senior Physical Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead physical design efforts from RTL to GDS.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate and optimize the entire physical design flow to meet stringent timing, signal integrity, and power requirements.
    • Develop and maintain scripts for automation of complex physical design tasks, improving efficiency and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and achieve optimal results.
    • Analyze and implement necessary changes based on detailed physical design reports.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in physical design, with a comprehensive understanding of the RTL to GDS flow.
    • Hands-on experience with leading-edge process nodes.
    • Expertise in industry-standard physical design tools such as Cadence Innovus, Synopsys ICC2, or similar.
    • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python for automation of design tasks.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with low-power design techniques and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development tools.
