Job Title: Senior Medical Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lab & Facility Management:
    • Ensure that all laboratory facilities are equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies to provide effective patient care.
    • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of medical consumables and equipment.
  • Clinical & Diagnostic Support:
    • Provide accurate diagnostic support to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct diagnostic procedures and generate timely and error-free reports.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure that all diagnostic procedures are conducted in accordance with established quality standards.
    • Comply with hospital policies and procedures related to patient safety and environmental health.
  • Supervision & Training:
    • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
  • Resource & Policy Management:
    • Manage the allocation of resources to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
    • Maintain complete orientation and adherence to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Disaster Management Programme (DMP).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to company policies at all times.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in radiology.
