Job Overview

Our organization is responsible for the global data analytics transformation of our manufacturing division.

As a senior manager, you will oversee the data engineering processes and capabilities across the ecosystem and its end-to-end testing aspects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement testing strategies for data engineering projects and products.
  • Manage and mentor a team of testers fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Design, execute, and oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, user acceptance, performance, and security testing.
  • Ensure data accuracy, validity, and reliability by establishing robust data validation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in data engineering and testing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with AWS, DBT, Trino, and similar technologies is a benefit.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with automation testing tools is a must.
  • Ability to leverage CI/CD patterns.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing others.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experienced with regulated industry and related SDLC regulations.
