Electrification Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Electrical Engineer to support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of advanced manufacturing machines.

• Electrical Installation and Maintenance: Assist in electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning of new machines and fixtures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of VMC, CNC, Roll Milling, Wirecut, EDM, and Surface Grinding machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical electronic faults in control panels, drives, motors, sensors, PLC systems, and HMI units.
• Support in maintaining machine safety systems, interlocks, and grounding compliance.
• Assist in calibration, testing, and inspection of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers for machine upgrades and process improvements.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Evaluate compliance with electrical safety standards and ISO quality requirements.

• Fundamental Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and drives.
• Machine Electrical Systems: Understanding of CNC, VMC machine electrical systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, maintenance reporting, and documentation.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn advanced automation concepts.
