Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Domain Specialist to collaborate with our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer business processes and identifying critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will utilize your expertise in factory automation, PLC, and SCADA systems to gather functional and technical requirements. The selected candidate will engage with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design solutions that enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer business processes and specific needs.
  • Identify and prioritize business-critical KPIs.
  • Utilize expertise in Factory Automation, including PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Gather functional, technical, and integration requirements for MES solutions.
  • Collaborate on interface design between ERP, MES, and control systems.
  • Work closely with customer teams to develop client-specific requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing domain.
  • Proficiency in SCADA systems is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages is required.
  • Industry experience, particularly in Manufacturing, is an advantage.
  • Functional knowledge in areas such as Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Traceability, and Product Quality is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent exposure to IT.
