Job Title: IT Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to manage our Windows environment.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and business-as-usual services.

You will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient IT operations through solution design, technical governance, patch management, lifecycle planning, and audit readiness.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing global Wintel operations in partnership with service providers
  • Leading 24x7 BAU activities, incident response, and escalations with hands-on technical depth
  • Governing patch compliance, performance optimization, and infrastructure hardening
  • Reviewing, standardizing, and driving continuous improvement of operational tasks and GSOPs
  • Designing, managing, and performing DR for applications inline with Backup, Storage, and Application teams

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives such as virtualization, automation, capacity planning, and legacy system upgrades.

Maintenance of compliance with internal controls, GxP, and InfoSec policies is essential. You will conduct periodic review of EOL/EOS platforms and define decommission strategies.

You will also mentor and develop Wintel L2/L3 team members, assess skill readiness, and collaborate with application, security, and compliance teams for cross-functional initiatives.

Innovation and strategic planning will involve identifying infrastructure gaps and proposing innovative solutions, including automation, and driving modernization of Windows platforms and transition cloud environments which are supported.
