Job Opportunity: Software Engineer in Ruby on Rails

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will work remotely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performing applications while maintaining industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails and develop interactive UI components.

  • Conduct peer code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), Git workflows, and test-driven development.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced Agile environment.
