Seeking a seasoned Treasury Specialist to drive corporate treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and strategic risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily cash flow management, leveraging financial modeling and Excel expertise to optimize liquidity across geographies.
  • Develop short-term and long-term cash forecasting strategies, supporting automation initiatives like host-to-host payments.
  • Monitor FX exposures, execute hedging strategies, and prepare exposure reports for leadership.
Liquidity & Cash Management:

Manage daily cash flows, ensure optimal liquidity, and forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements.

  • Support the implementation of cash management systems.
  • Collaborate with banks on FX negotiations and derivative instruments.
Foreign Exchange & Risk Management:

Oversee FX exposures, execute hedging strategies as per policy, and monitor FX fluctuations.

  • Calculate MTM valuations and prepare exposure reports.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal treasury policies.
Investments & Fund Management:

Evaluate investment options (FDs, money markets, bonds, etc.), assess risk-return trade-offs, and track portfolio performance.

  • Recommend suitable investment portfolios.
  • Negotiate with banks for treasury operations.
Banking & Compliance:

Engage with domestic and international banks, negotiate banking terms to reduce borrowing costs, and ensure RBI compliance.

  • Collaborate with accounting and audit teams for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and treasury reports for leadership.
Reporting & Analysis:

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights for decision-making, and support quarterly and annual reporting requirements.

  • Prepare forecasts and predictive analytics reports.
  • Provide recommendations for improving treasury operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance (CFA/FRM preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant corporate treasury experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
